I guess for me it would help if he said he was going to hire the best recruiters he could find for assistants, and go out and get the best players that he can possibly find, establish AAU connections, work hard to upgrade the athleticism, etc. etc. Something recruiting-based anyhow. Along those lines.

Wouldn't hurt to remind us that we won't have to watch slow-ball while he is our coach.
