What did Oregon really pay for?

Looks like Oregon released documents in regards to the $25,000 that they paid for this Willie Lyles "scouting report." This is the guy who supposedly steered Lache Seastrunk to Oregon for that money. Anyway, that scouting report produced by Lyles' company was a "2011 National Package," but out of 140 total recruits, none were from 2011, 3 were from the 2010 class, at least 115 were from the 2009 class, and there was one recruit from the class of 2008. It seems pretty strange to pay that kind of money for dated information.

so, look how fast the OSU went down. does this end up more like USC and take forever? or will the NCAA actually do something about it.

"Lyles said he spoke with NCAA enforcement staffers for six hours in early May as part of their ongoing investigation. He said he didn’t reveal the stories concerning Kelly, James and Seastrunk to investigators because the specific topics never came up in questioning."

I'm sure coach Kelly is happy to read this. Think this might raise a few eyebrows within the NCAA?
