Sure, there's a team here and there that firesl coaches because of NCAA violations or other controversy. Those teams are few and far between. In the end the B10 and their member want to feel like they're above the fray and the win at all cost mentality.
The only team that seems to fire a coach, and it takes a lot, is Minnesota. Heck, evem Illinois drags their feet.
