I believe they were ranked in the last 9 regular season polls in 2015 & the final poll. In 2016 they were ranked in the first 3 polls and then in the final regular season poll after beating Nebraska.
So that's 14. 16 if you count the polls that happened after the CCG games weekend when only 8 P5 teams play
