Barta needs to hire a new coach who can recruit, and then lets the kids play. Run a simple motion offense and let them run the fast break so that kids will want to play for him. Keep it simple. Johnny Orr's famous quote rings true: "I tried to recruit the best 5 kids I could find, and then I rolled the ball out and let them play. Coaching is overrated; recruiting and motivation is not."
