Two JU three point shots away from being a top 10 team.
If you remember from the Dayton game, late in the game Iowa had a three point lead and JU got a great look at 3 which he missed. Dayton came down the other way and hit a 3 to tie, and the rest is history. For argument sakes we will say we go 1-1 in the other games of that tourney, the next would have been against a solid Monmouth team.
We all remember the missed three at the end of the ISU game, obviously there were other plays that could have been made to win that game, but even with all the poor plays he still got a pretty decent look at the game winner.
This is by no means a knock on JU, the point is we are a pretty dang good team. Go Hawks!
