Way To Go Packers!

After the chiefs held the steelers to 13 points and the cutler-less bears to 3 I thought maybe their DEE was pretty good but they must be really good to hold the packers to 14. A couple of packer linemen injuries shows the packers have problems running the ball and their defense against the run is suspect.

Hali just had his way with us all game. I got to be at the game and there was just no emotion from green bay the whole game. flatter than an Iowa team in November.

must be why the players were lobbying to not rest anyone after their win today and go for the undefined record.

Makes no sense. The question was bound to come up, and the Packers have spent the latter course of the last 1 1/2 months saying they weren't going to shy away from any talk of going unbeaten. At the same they've also said that going unbeaten wasn't the goal, but that it would be nice footnote if they happened to win the Super Bowl again. Today's result doesn't change anything other than that a nice "parting gift" is no longer available.

Yes in August going undefeated isn't a goal, but when you get to December at 13-0 then it does become a goal.

That's a good point, but when/if they hoist the Lombardi I don't think they'll be too upset. They had a look at it and it didn't happen. Better today than in the playoffs. I don't think you'll find too many Packer fans that are too terribly upset about today's result.
