Watershed Game

One of the biggest games in the careers of KF and son is looming out there vs Wisconsin.

This is a chance to impress a national audience, put some salve on the debacle of last year, and prove to the "experts" and the Iowa fan base that Iowa is on the same level as the Badgers or moving beyond them and is ready to be a national contender.

The curtain will soon open, showtime for Kirk and the program to deliver the goods.

Last season was not a debacle but the loss to Wisconsin in Madison certainly was.

This is a huge game for Iowa, but it won't mean as much if we stub our toe against UNI. That game must be a W as well.

Yep, one game at a time. We know the Wisky game one of the biggest games of the year because if the hawks win the game it is like having a 2 game lead in the loss column.

But every big ten game counts so you cant beat wisky and then stub your toe on a weaker opponent which happens too much,

jNW and Purdue are not looking that great right now.

Beat UNI, only think about UNI players and coaches. The Coordinators can be doing overtime on Wisky right now.

I'm confident that I can safely look ahead to Wisconsin and be recklessly optimistic and it does not effect the team.

once again, not to be redundant, I'd like to reiterate one more time that I'm confident that I can safely look ahead to Wisconsin and be recklessly optimistic and it does not effect the team.

ever met someone like that who repeats themself over and over again and then they say it again and after that they repeat it then recap again and finally summarize it all once more, then they say "LIke I say...."
