Seeing it in person, Metcalf, to me, looked upset that Mario took him down in the first period. For the rest of the first period, he seemed to me to be going for the fall.
At the handshake I couldn't tell what he said, but I don't think he was happy about the fact that the match ended on a stalling point- he was attempting to turn Mason at the time.
The crowd boo'd Metcalf after the handshake. As they continued to boo, Terry Brands stood up and did some goofy gesture to the crowd- turned around and did it to all four sides of the arena. I don't know what it meant and can't really describe it.
