I have a few people I have spoken with about this, but I need to get in gear because the traffic and post levels just three days into this new site are to the point of needing a team of moderators. Even I didn't think things would be at these levels this quickly, and I had high expectations for this.
Now, to keep this place free of trolls and posts that I just don't want to see here, I am going to need to put this team together post haste.
