How is NIU allowed to wear "The Hard Way" on the back of their uniforms? Kind of strange. NIU is up 14-7

I don't have a problem with it. It's just strange that they allow certain things but not others. The basketball team last year wanted to put "Street" on the back of the jerseys as a tribute, but the NCAA wouldn't allow it. Just kind of strange that they allow "the hard way". The final was 33-14 NIU.
