by the size of the reporter I can understand why he was scared to tell adrian about his cotton mouth.
 
Pretty sure that's not cotton mouth. Look at the corners of his eyes, as well. Skin's just a different color there or something.
 
I noticed that too, and you could be right. Guess I've never noticed it before... Either way, I don't think I'd say anything to him either.
