We have begun to take a look at some design changes and enhancements to the site and I'll be in an all day meeting on this front in Des Moines in mid-October as we try to make more improvements. One of the things we'll be doing less of is the number of banner ads and we'll be supporting our marketing efforts with specific products, companies and offerings.
