Already it looks like the stripes are allowing more contact involving the teams' two bigs than in the Hokks- Zags game. Or perhaps Iowa's big isn't as capable of disguising his contact.

Nine minutes in the Zags aren't shooting anything like they did against Iowa (I know, I'm shocked, too.) At this rate, Hokks might have had a chance.

You ever heard of a thing called an upset? It's where a lesser talented team beats a more talented team. Happens all the time in sports. Especially basketball where so much of the game revolves around shooting, which is really day to day.

We probably lose to an average shooting Gonzaga. We sure as hell lose to a lights out Gonzaga. We have a chance when playing a 3-18 from 3 Gonzaga.

Agreed. Zags separated when they went all in big with Karno and Sabo. Combo is unstoppable inside and are still taking Woody and Gabes' lunch money.

That said ... tip the hat to Few for using both at the same time to nail the coffin. Something I wish Fran had the savvy to do more of rather than the scripted rotation combos. Easy scout.
