UCLA Fires Neuheisel

he was 6-6 and only got there due to USC ban. This is funny, but he was bad and needed to be canned.

This. It's not like they were even 8-4/9-3 and finished second in the division. USC flat-out dominated that division.

It is but you never know how the team might rally around their coach and pull one out for him in his last game. We have seen stranger things to happen in college football. Imagine a 7-6 UCLA in the Rose Bowl with an interim coach.

They are 4th in the conference over all (if you take divisions out of it which would probably be pointless) and aren't good. It would be funny if they beat Oregon though (no way in hell that happens.)

I went to UCLA for grad school. USC-UCLA and Stanford-Cal are the only games on the West Coast that even approach Big Ten intensity - but they are fantastic.

You lose 50-0 as he did to USC, you might be fired even at 10-2.

This was USC's bowl game - literally! :)
