The hawks looked quicker and better on perimeter defense getting on shooters. The offense looks like it is moving quicker with crisper passes, not as much dribbling most times, some good high low passing.

Our bench is really showing up again, earlier in the season I said Pat was getting too much playing time. Well I was wrong, he looks every bit the player he was hyped to be. Now I say he needs more playing time. So does Nunge and about everyone else on the bench. The bench was amazing today along with Wiezy. JBo was not even looking for his shot today but playing basically as a distributor and he was very effective.

I was extremely impressed with Iowa's defense. I hope this continues. I was also impressed that CMAC was actually looking to shoot and score

Patrick, Nunge and Murray have all came a long ways this season and we have watched it play out. They all need to get more consistent but as the season rolls on ya feel more and more comfortable with them in the game.

On the other hand, it bothers me that MSU played a guy (Watts) that was sick and got sicker as the game went on. This had better not comeback to bite us.
