At the 9:18 mark in the 1st half Turner picked up his 2nd foul and he stays in the game. Lick immediately sends in Gatens but why for the life of me we didn't go after Turner on every offensive set I have no idea! He is their team. If he picks up his 3rd in the 1st half then this game turns out different.
Why didn't the coaching staff smell blood and go after it? Did anyone else notice this at the time?
Then in the 2nd half Turner picks up his 3rd foul five minutes in and we still didn't go after him.
There certainly were a few times late in the game (last 5 minutes or so) that I felt Turner could have been called for a foul but by then the damage was already done.
