Serious questions. How do you really figure the true cost of attendance? At what point do you stop calculating expenses? Expenses are going to be different for each school. How do you police it? A school could use an expense to get kids more money to attract better recruits. It's a very slippery slope that they're wanting to mess with. And exactly where is all this extra money coming from? Higher tuition for the non-athletes? Tuition is already too high and I'm afraid it'll continue to increase at a faster rate if something were to pass that 'pays' student-athletes. Not going to start in on the free education stuff as you can probably guess where I fall in regards to the whole situation. After listening to Jim Delaney speak today I don't think I like where this is heading. Might as well become a true farm system to the Pros.
