It looks like Trey Stross made the Texans roster. I was looking at his stats and even though he didnt make a catch in a pre-season game, he must have made an impression on the coaching staff. Congratulations to another great Hawkeye!

i think he is a player with a lot of potential and had some unfortunate luck with the injury bug while at iowa.

congrats to him!
 
Actually i think he made the team because he was injured, he's listed on the reserved/injured list so i think he stays on the roster for a year.
 
My bad... your right about him being injured. I was just looking at the roster on ESPN and it showed him but didnt say he was on IR.
 
Ahhh, how many names did the announcer mess up that game?! At least Chris Martin had a good call on the GW catch.

"When his name was called, 7 got 6!"
 
The MSU game it was Trey Strauss, and the Orange Bowl it was Terry Stross. I still don't get why his name was so difficult to pronounce lol.
 
I'm sorry, but if the Texan's signed Stross, ummm, they are in greater need than a WR.

Nothing against him, but an NFL receiver he's not. Just my Opinion.
