You're right. There is no way that this could affect the Ohio State football program in any way. You must have missed the part of the article about having to vacate the 2010 season.

I'm speaking more to the constant denials out of USC and/or Bush, only to find out years later that both were lying the entire time.

Vacating isn't the end of the world, losing scholarships and things like bowl bans would get me worried. That said I would think this would be darn hard to prove.
