Iowa's number of top 8 finishes (in the AP poll) since 2002 is pretty remarkable. Only 4 teams have more top 8 finishes than Iowa and 2 teams are tied with Iowa. Iowa is also easily 2nd in the Big 10. See below:

Well the whole stat is very convenient for Iowa, and I understand that. But still, it does say something about our program and shows that we are approaching the next level of status for a program.

Go back in history and change Iowa's first Orange Bowl season to 2000 or 2001 then...and hurry up...OH! and while you're at it, go back to 2003 and tell Jessica Alba that Shane's sorry and wants her back...still kickin' myself for that one...sheesh...
