Yes this is just weird. Terry Robert's used to be one of my favorite players when he played on special teams a lot. He seemed to be all about the team.
Now I don't know what going on. Is he hurt? Is it academics? Could be personal problems that are none of my business. I hope he figures it out because I think this is his last year he can play, as far as I know. The school year has already started so I think another transfer is out, right?

You get to know these "floaters" throughout their lives. College athletes just get a chance to "float" at a younger age and a higher profile. They just float from job to job and are never happy anywhere they go. Usually very sensitive personalities that find insults and personal attack in far too many conversations.
I think you can enroll in Iowa until like September 15ish. Unless he finds a school that wants him and has a late enrolment period Terry is probably done. Had Terry stayed he might have been competing for a starting job. His grass wasn't greener, it was career destroying desert.
One of the many downsides of the portal, not giving these adults in name only make life changing decisions before they've learned the grass isn't always greener on the other side; or the value and opportunities associated with perseverance.
