Minnesota is only favored by 1 at Penn State...thought that would be a bit higher. Wisconsin is favored by 10...about right. I think Penn State pulls the upset...mild upset per Vegas. I think Wisconsin wins but by less than 10. I would love to see Penn State and Illinois get the wins.
