He called in but wouldn't go on the air, and told the screener he was boycotting the show because the hosts were "idiots". :D

I bet he calls in next week however. He is a SoundOff legend.

he called the show but wouldn't go on the air. his reason: the two new guys are idiots. the two idiots were going on about 'tommy' on how they knew he was a call in show 'icon' and had special music picked out for him - they were saying this with the backdrop on 'why isn't tommy calling in'. he called and told jack the reason.....

Kuwl ... I'm thinking it's my time to finally call in. Past has always been, "Ok, Still from QCA, urr comin' up." Then, Tommy goes on and I'm like, "****, how do I follow that legend?" Then I hear, "Back to the phones. Let's go to Still, from the QCA ..." and I'm all like, frozen, or have already hung up like a bitsh. Same thing on Wednesday's, with Mert or Bob, from Newton ...

One of these days it'll be my time.

So let me get this straight, the idiot hosts shared on-air that Tommy called them idiots?

Eddie P is once again supposed to be in Fort Fun (dodge) with Dolphin for an Iowa tailgate pep rally thing at the Community on Monday or Tues this week. He is always billed to be there each year, but rarely, if ever, does. To which of course Dolphin has a good side story antidote as to Podalak's whereabouts.
 
I probably won't listen to SoundOff for the foreseeable future. Jim and Jon are the only ones I've ever listened to for it, and I just can't imagine it being any other way.
 
Hate to be morbid, but I thought Tommy from Des Moines was dead.......Shows you how much i have been paying attention.
