Tom Moore Connection with Iowa?

Looking through some of the spring practice pics, I see Tom Moore speaking with the players. Can someone refresh my memory about Tom Moore's connection with Iowa? Or is this just Kirk bringing him in randomly to speak?

He played at Iowa and was an assistant at Iowa right out of college.

If you look at some videos of Evy's 1960 Hawks you will see that Tom Moore kicked PAT's. Don't know what other positions, if any, he played.

He was a backup quarterback. Of course, he always will be remembered as Peyton's offensive coordinator with the Colts. He probably is attending practices as an observer & advisor.
