Toks Akinribade 3* RB Deciding at 10 (Hawks Favorite)

very excited about this guy! fast and a very promising running back. This should help satisfy the fans who look for a player with other P5 offers. Lets bring in some more

also Toren Young, didnt mean to leave him out. I would say it is likely that one of these 3 ends up on defense. Or redshirt 2 of them to split them up

according to 247 sports Toks averaged 7.2 ypg on 220 carries with 15 TDs. I dont know much about high school stats if that is impressive or normal for D1 recruit but either way he can carry the load consistently like a true RB

When Michigan and ND are in the fold it's not a bad sign at all. I think this kid has a pretty high ceiling. Great pick up.

I like the commit. The guy looks the part and actually had some Big 10 offers, which is what we've been looking for! He is listed as an athlete on other sites, so I'm not sure he projects as a RB at the college level. That might explain why we have 3 RB commits in one class.

On the down side, it sounds like despite his commitment, he is camping at Notre Dame tomorrow and Tennessee on Saturday. I'm not sure what the purpose of this would be, other than to land bigger and better offers?

Reported that he was told early by the Iowa staff that he is their No. 1 pick (out of 3 offers) at the RB position. Ran a 4.36 40 at the Best of The Midwest combine recently.

this could be concerning but these camps are two fold. One is clearly so the football team can identify talent and work for recruiting. But the other is for the players at the camp to learn something and improve their skill. Athletes in all competition get better when they are faced with different levels of play.
