Well after both Nebby and Sparty didnt help us out in the standings against jNW it would be nice to see Purdue help us. But I think Blough is still out and somehow Fitz just gets his guys to muck it up and make other teams play stupid and poor. Go Boilers but I doubt it. We will see what the boilers have for next week.

Of course Hawks over Wisky. Yeah.

Nebby and Minny is the only other game that really affects the hawks and at this point I would love to see Minny just take another chunk of Nebby's hide. Hawks are rising and Nebby is sinking fast. And with that Minny returns opening kick 100 for a td
 
OSU laying on REAL thick against Sparty. As predicted.

I would not be surprised if that one ends something like 55-14.
 
Bucks manhandling MSU, not sure about Sparty as they laid an egg at jNW but then play really good vs PSU. Sparty anemic. OSU is blitzing more and pressuring the mesh point and qb.

And Minny is hurting nebby. I know , need expansion I guess, but all these east division games are meaningless as I long for the old days where every game counted.
 
35-0. We apparently really pissed off OSU. But, this shows me that had we allowed Stanley to be the focal point of our offense against MSU, we probably would have won that game, also.

And Nate in the 2nd half of jNW instead of so many runs.

And no one talks about Kirk letting jNW take the ball and the wind to start the 2nd half while hawks lead. I thought that was another critical KF game mgmt head scratcher.

Combination of things. We did everything right against OSU, they played down to our level last week, came in with a shitty game plan of not pressuring us at all, they have trouble covering tight ends. On offense they were getting yardage running, and just stopped doing it. Also stopped throwing deep when they could have all day. Today they are playing how they are capable of, and relying on their running game, also MSU is vastly overrated. I think PSU is vastly overrated as well. If we can continue to use our tight ends, I think the passing game is going to be okay, but if not, our receivers are not going to consistently get open enough to just rely on Stanley.

Wouldn’t you love to play MSU again? Call it a mulligan.
