To Split or not to Split?

I know there are 100 possibilites but i will give you 2. Split OSU and UM into different divisions or split by geography?

Geography would be preferable to me as a hawk fan but it isn't going to happen. They are going to split the 4 super programs and the only equitable way to do it is to split Ohio State and Michigan. They will still play as part of a protected rivalry. I'm thinking the ratings will still be pretty high in October.....in prime time.
