Anyone else have problems.
These Were my personal season tix that I have had for 15 years...SO I know they are not phoney tix or already scanned tix.
The per mar guy who scanned my tix was at least 80 years old and he had hearing aides in. He scanned my Son's ticket and it beeped but he didn't hear the beep. The other person scanned mine and it beeped and she said go on in. The old codger told my 10 year old son his tix was bogus even though it was clearly scanned properly the first time.
I went ballistic abosolutely and told the man it was time to find a different task he had no idea how to run the scanner.
Well the security people show up along with the supervisor. They proceded to tell me my tix were bogus. I told them that if I had to go to the tix office to straighten this out I would file complaint (ooooo scary me). They acted like I bought a bad tix for my son but my seat was good. Finally I got through to them that they were MY season tix in MY name.
ANYONE else have problems with inept tix scanning people?
