The future is now, Fran. And that future ain't the line-up you're currently putting on the floor. This season is over; you're not dancing. You're not even going to the NIT. Forget about Ws and Ls; they'r meaningless at this point. Start building a foundation for next year and future years.
These players need to be relegated to a deep back-up role: Gesell, Clemmons, White, Uthoff and Woodbury. These should be the starters from here through the end of the season, getting extended playing time, being subbed out only when they are tired and need a breather:
1 - Dickerson
2 - Jok
3 - Ellingson
4 - Uhl
5 - Olaseni (yes, realize he's a senior, but when you have only two centers, you play the one most likely to give the other players a chance to develop)
The only point where Oglesby should see the floor is at the very end of the bench.
