Time to play Wirfs at LT

homes

A couple of weeks ago Ferentz said something like "he's in the Army now" when being asked about him playing. If that's the case, put him on the front line with a rifle in his hand as opposed to being back in the kitchen peeling potatoes. That would allow Welsh to go back to guard, where he belongs. It seems like such an obvious move to make at this time.

Maybe it's not the greatest idea to have twelve guys switching positions every ten minutes on the OL. Maybe give a guy a position and LEAVE HIM THERE....you know, like the rest of the team does...

Bringing in a promising Freshman to start at tackle won't give this O-line what it needs to perform better.
The issues with our lack of run blocking run far deeper. Need to start with the O-line coaching, or lack thereof.
