Time to either circle the wagons....or circle the drain. It's up to the players/coach

Almost every team hits a skid during the long season. It's a grind.

When other teams are banking in 3s and every loose ball seems to go the other way, the other team grabs and holds you all night yet if you touch the other guy there's a whistle, the hostile crowds on the road, and the pressure to win, they all take a toll on your psyche as a player. That is just how it goes and you have to be tougher than all that.

Now we are blessed with social media - the weapon of the idiot. This team is so distracted by all the twitter crap and message boards and other garbage that they have completely abandoned what made the successful enough to care about in the first place.

It's going to take some sort of leadership to turn this around. Leadership that has been lacking. Adversity can be good. It can uncover strength. It's time for someone to emerge and rally this team. Woodbury and McCabe need to quit engaging the fans, and start engaging the opponent. That would be a good start but its not enough. Every player need to know their role and what is expected of them. This 11 deep rotation is not working any longer and that's on the coach to fix. It's gut check time. Who is gonna "rise"?
