Tie between IA and WI?

Who wins on a tie between Iowa and Wisconsin? If Iowa losses 2 of last 6 (Mich St, Ind, Minn) and Wisc losses to Iowa, both teams finish 12-6. Who gets 3rd?

He said 2 of those 3. Technically both teams finish 3rd but I don't know who would get the 3 seed in the BTT.

If Iowa & Wisconsin tie for 3rd, I believe they break the tie using the following:

1. head to head.
2. records of the tied teams against the team that won the conference.
3. If still tied, they compare records against the 2nd place team and so on until the tie is broken

As long as Iowa stays in the top 4 and get a bye, I'll be happy. IMO the NCAA committee is going to give one B1G team a 2 seed, one a 3, one a 4, and one a 5 seed in the tournament. I just want Iowa to stay in that group. If they can get to that 3 line, I'd be ecstatic.

I wish they used aggregate scoring when teams split head to head.

A 4 seed would be way worse than the 3 because of the drop of in talent from OSU to Minnesota. Not to mention they play the 1 seed in the semis instead of the finals.

Now why after both MICH teams lose to pull Iowa into a virtual tie w one of them (b/c they still play each other) would anyone start a thread about the ramifications of a tie w the team BEhind IOWA?
