Tickets to Michigan game

My family (wifey who is ex-Hawk and 5 kids) is in Cedar Rapids for the weekend from Colorado for a late Xmas. I'd love to take the 3 oldest kids to the Michigan game tomorrow. Kids are digging Hawkeye sports, not sure where they get that from Anyway, I've only been to one Iowa basketball game in my life and don't know much about acquiring tickets. Buy at the game or online? Scalpers? Please let me know your suggestions. Thank you and Go Hawks!

There are scalpers outside CHA, but it's going to cold and I don't know about finding four consecutive seats in a sold out game.
