Tickets to first round

I have never been to an NCAA tournament so does anybody know the ticket buying process? The first round is in Omaha and in case the Hawks get in that region I want to get tickets. I assume they don't go on sale until the bracket is announced but are they sold through the teams that are going, as in the UI ticket office or a master site like ticketmaster or the NCAA?

Presale is in October of the year prior..

You can go to ticketmaster and buy the nosebleed seats currently or you can wait until the location is announced and pay through the nose to get decent tickets.

Well damn, but I have no issue shelling out some cash to see the Hawks in the dance. Ill seek out a scalper when the time comes.

I can't wait for the first round to be held here in Des Moines in 2016. I already told my wife she's getting NCAA tournament tickets for our anniversary next year, and she was cool with that.

I have every resource at my disposal working on tickets for 2016 here in Des Moines. And my wife is also cool with it.
