So if Ricky stays and Mr. Davis has him the next season, instead of sweet 16 are we in the Final 4 ?????

No. TD was not a good enough HC to get a team loaded with NBA talent, to the FF. One NBA player wasn't going to get him there.
 
This is too much homework for me to do. Bowen would have been gone which would have been huge. Settles on his 12th year of eligibility was just a shell of himself at that point. Without doing a deep dive into this I would say sweet 16/elite 8 would be the best case scenario even if Ricky Davis came back.
