That's how I'm taking it now. I think practice literally started about 10 minutes ago so unless KD got ran over by a lawnmower I would think it would be pretty hard to get injured that quick.

Depends how you read into it. I read it as he was the first out FOR practice as first on the field, not first out OF practice which means he's injured.
