This national narrative on the Big Ten

After badgers lost the big websites are all putting up articles that the Big Ten fandom is upset as we lost our chance to get two teams in the playoff.

They don’t seem to realize we aren’t the SEC, we don’t have a conference fanbase and we don’t like seeing teams in our division do well.

I don’t give a damn if a BIG team wins the natty if it isn’t Iowa.

Big 10 fans should worry about 1 team getting into the playoffs. There are strong teams in the big and upsets. It is entirely possible that OSU gets beat by somebody, that PSU gets beat by somebody, and that Minny will probably lose.

Wisky is going to come back madder as hell and really putting a premium on no turnovers. Taylor is noted for fumbling issues and he lost a fumble yesterday but the hawks couldnt squeeze one out of him last year.

Wisky might take the game out of Coan's hands and go to more jumbo blocking and get Taylor and the runners 250 yards per game.

Wisky or PSU could beat OSU, OSU could win the rest of their games and there you have it with no undefeated Big 10 team.

You can bet your bottom dollar that Wiscy is going to do everything they can to get the running game going early and often in the shoe.

The only way to beat OSU is to dominate time of possession, don't get into a track meet with them.

Wisconsin is capable of doing that. That's why I like their chances against Ohio State better than I do Michigan or PSU.

Coan did the one thing he couldn't do, throw the pick on third down. Even if Wisconsin punts there it's probably game over. Illinois passing attack wasn't setting anyone's world on fire and guys like Orr could have pinned their ears back.

I see WI taking two losses in a row.....don’t think OSU will have much problem with them next week. Coupled with an off week before the Hawks visit and it’s hard to imagine we won’t provide the medicine for their recovery.

That would be Iowa typical, yes.
I never that Wisconsin was going to waltz through the West. Said as much last week. Had no idea that Illinois would put the blemish on them of course.

But .... losing that way to that Illinois team will seap some questions into their hearts/heads AND

if OSU smokes Wisky by 3-4 touchdowns I could very well see the Badgers lose steam.
Would you want to play that team a second time?

You are right and the interceptor came off his man who was short and closer to the sideline so Coan didnt see him.

I cant remember the down and distance but maybe that was a time Chryst should have played Kirk ball and went power run with one of the best running game in college ball or screen or draw,
