This Explains Sunglasses in Postgame Interview

He was on prescription pills for anxiety and depression. Someone told me their friend used to date him and that he struggled with both severely. Regardless of what they said, I would say his actions line up with that.

That being said, people that struggle with anxiety often times find relief through shielding their eyes. They cover their face with their hands, hair, or sunglasses. Lots of musicians wear sunglasses for this same reason.

...... or he was stoned and his eyes were bloodshot. Probably both are equally likely.

You just killed 2 birds with 1 stone. That also explains all the pills found in his apartment.

I'm not sure I buy that, given his love for media attention. But it would explain it, kind of like how Ricky Williams always wore his helmet (with a dark visor) during post-game/post-practice interviews.

Great example. Ricky Williams also struggled with anxiety. He even left the NFL over losing his medication.

Percy Harvin at Minnesota is another great example. He suffers from SEVERE migraines. The NFL forced him to quit marijuana, and his migraines came back causing him to miss multiple games. They are losing millions of dollars with him on the bench.
