Well if this is Kirks last year, you can forget about this program's trajectory. Because I don't think Brian can sustain the consistency that has been Iowa football. At least not yet. Most of the staff will leave and he'll have to assemble a staff. Given a choice of working with Brian or working with someone else...well...I'm not sure he'd be easy to work for.
