The zona guard really knows how to set up for his free throws

If the rules are still the same a player has 10 seconds to shoot a free throw once he is handed the ball.

The hawk players need to watch tape of this kid and other really good FT shooters to see how they dribble, set up, gather, relax, EYE the RIM and smoothly go into their shot.

Geez are guys are not taking their time at all.

Not sure how Fran does it but I used to watch Lute's teams practice in the old fieldhouse and they shot FTs at the end of practice when they were tired like at the end of a real game, with everyone watching, you had to make a certain number or string of them to go to the showers.

More than once poor Steve Waite was the last guy shooting but in the end did it pay off for him in the NCAAs.
