Is that Erb is going to get credit for Weisman's success. When it really shows that he didn't realize the guy should have been starting from day one and that it takes getting a kid developed in another program or backfield coach (i.e., Green) to have the kind of success we expect out of an Iowa back.

No way to escape the continued mistakes in Erb's other area of responsibility though.

People keep pointing the finger, but the BUCK stops with the top... We are playing like thritd string high school girls... The on-sides play was BEYOND bad coaching, it was freaking PATHETIC!!!!!!! Are you KIDDING me!!!!??? People; CHANGE is GOOD... It is past time to consider changing something.... We can keep playing for 6-6, 7-5 seasons, and THIS year will NOT be that good... Or we can change the system, which means changing the COACH!!! I realize this is going to upset SOME people, but the TRUTH HURTS!!!

They can come after me. I am used to it. I have said this about Erb all the way back to when our receivers were melting down under his tutelage. Just hasn't shown a thing to me, except when he has someone developed under another coach or system.
