Not sure how one comes...
to the conclusion about Cotton after his redshirt season that he wouldn't have a chance to be a Big 10 caliber WR. He'll have 2 years in the program by this time next year and a chance to contribute with Sandeman, DJK and Chaney all exhausing their eligibility. If Sandeman were to get injured this year he might get a shot at returning punts, but who knows.
And his brother has not (to date) recevied an offer from Iowa.
No clue really. I've heard that he came in last year looking like he wouldn't have a chance to be a Big 10 caliber WR. I've heard he is looking the role a bit more this year. Also, his brother verbeled with ISU recently. I'm guessing he didn't have an Iowa offer?
