The Ten Commandments

The "Big Ten" of college FB.

1) Long term, guaranteed contracts, produce lethargy, kill alacrity.

2) If you don't adjust, you slowly die.

3) If you blame fate on your failures "that's football" you identify yourself as a loser.

4) The more family members you hire, the more everyone "thinks alike."

5) If you allow a running back to gain 250 yards on you, you most often lose.

6) If you play your best talent, you most often win more.

7) If your "best talent" sits on the bench, team morale deteriorates.

8) If your QB is not accurate, it is difficult to win.

9) Teams that score field goals, rather than touchdowns, most often lose the games.

10) A three year starting QB is a great indication of how many games you will win. (Other than Iowa)
