I haven't noticed anyone talk about which of these coaches would just be using this as a stepping stone job, Pastnor especially. Does that play in to anything or is it just "if he's built the program to the level where other programs want him then it is ok if the new coach leaves after 3, 4 or 5 years".
To me I am ok with being the stepping stone, this program is too far gone to be a destination job.
