My Dark Friend weighs in on the controversy:

1. The police were at his apartment NINE other times this semester.

2. Lefty Moore told Shadow that Jones is easily the biggest bum or thug that has played for Fred. A felon in shorts.

3. The ISU coaching staff has brokered a deal for Jones.

4. Ames legal system far different than that in Iowa City.
