I get what Denard Robinson has done is amazing and unprecedented. It's shocking to see those numbers. My question becomes, why is nobody saying he's done it against inferior competition. Indiana may be the best team they have faced all year.
In my opinion, the season starts here for them. If he has 215 yards rushing and 275 passing against Michigan State this week, and repeats similar numbers against Iowa the next week. I say give him the Heisman after the Iowa game.
I believe Mr. Robinson is in for a rude awakening next week and the week after.
They will get their yards and put points on the board as I truly believe their offensive line is very good, but his rushing total isn't going to be over 200 yards. Both teams are going to scheme to take that away and make him beat them with his arm. I will be very surprised if he gets out of the MSU game without injury...and I certainly don't wish that on him...it's just that MSU looks more physical than they did last year.
Come on back Norm, we can use your brilliance in dialing up a game plan in two weeks.
