The record setting Scott Frost

He's quickly becoming the record setting coach the Nebraska nation was looking for. So far, after this weekend, he will be the largest part of the longest losing streak in program history. He will own 5 of the 9 losses and counting.

Some additional records Scott is pursuing:
1) First 0-5 start since 1945 when it was the Big 6.
2) Most players to leave a program during the season. (currently 5 and counting).
3) Most times referencing his desire to leave the date open for a B10 Championship Game with absolutely no chance of actually playing in it.
4) Most times throwing his players under the bus in post game press conferences.
5) The consecutive stadium sell out string is on the table. I never thought I would say it, because there is absolutely nothing else to do in Lincoln on a Saturday, but I'm thinking people have started looking for anything else to do at this point.

If the stadium sell out string goes...this truly will be a year to remember for Nebraska. Listen, I have a few friends that are Nebraska grads and now they are saying that they knew it would be a rebuilding year. Typical Nebraska fans...I heard all summer about the resurrection job that Frost was going to do starting week one and how it would happen overnight. Morons.

As Iowa fans we all know what it’s like to have a coach stumble out of the gate. KF started 1-10 and followed that up by losing his first 5 in his second season.

Now KF wasn’t predicting conference championship or conference contender seasons either so Frost has this coming but I think if he gets 4 seasons he can get the program back to where Bo had it. The question will be where is Wisconsin at that point? They have been a notch above the West since it was created

We are sure obsessed with Nebby

No, some of us lived through the 70s, 80s and 90s and had friends who were die hard Nebraska fans. They were relentless and obnoxious football fans...or at least my friends were. Good guys, but miserable to be around during the heyday of Nebraska football. They then morphed into the "delusional enablers" of this century.

I once went to a house party on rivalry weekend back in the 80s (OU vs Nebraska / UCLA vs USC / etc) with my Nebraska friends and they told me there would be three TVs in the game room so we could watch all the games going on. About 5 minutes into the OU/Nebraska game...they had to switch them all to OU vs Nebraska because it was too distracting. Not kidding...two of the TVs were on top of eachother.

Somehow I think karma or poetic justice has caught up to them and we are required to enjoy it.

^ Ferentz also didn't have a stable of top 20ish to 30ish recruiting classes to work with.

I can relate to this and love talking about how much they suck and can't have enough threads about it. Besides, what else am I supposed to do, talk to the wife?

That sellout streak will never end...ever. there are already people that buy up the tickets just to keep the streak going. It's like a badge of honor that they like to brag about, but later this year look at all the empty seats in the stands.

Exactly...it's a sham record that makes them all feel good.

It's all they have left.
