This was a very enjoyable tournament to watch. Ever since Woods has tanked, I have enjoyed watching pro golf just because I get to see numerous other players and I don't have to watch EVERY shot that Woods takes. Watching new faces win tournaments is much more fun that watching Woods the entire tournament, whether he wins or not. When he plays, the media has a tough time showing anyone else, even the guys in the lead. The leaders get some camera when Woods is not shooting. I'm very happy that he is bombing out of tournaments...that way the media cannot focus on his every shot and every move. The man turns his head to side and the media oooh and ahhh. Good riddance.

This was a fun tournament. I thought it was over when Bradley tripled 15, but it was a heck of a comeback.
Contrary to NewMexHawk's opinion, a tourney like this would be even better if Tiger can get back into winning form. I'd love to see Tiger, Phil, and the young guns all good at the same time.

The problem is, you start a thread on here about the PGA tour that has NOTHING to do with Tiger, and you haters all bring him up....hmmmm...I wonder why the media and the TV coverage all follow him. Weird....

I was pointing out the fact that when Woods plays, the media fellate the guy in front of national crowds.
I was pointing out that the tournaments are MUCH more fun to watch when Woods is not part of the tournament.
Because I brought up Woods, that does not mean that the media should still focus on him. It is about time the media begins to focus on the GOOD players who are winning tournaments, not some hasbeen that can't make cuts anymore.
And BECAUSE of the media, Woods name can't help but be brought up. What am I going to say, "I enjoy the tournaments now because what's his name is no longer participating."
Woods is the equivalent of Michelle Wi, the girl who thought she should be in all athe men's tournaments but could never make the cut.
It is absolutely disgusting that the media still follows this guy around (is that better?) when there are so many GOOD golfers playing.
