What is up with the o-line this year and their run blocking? Seems like early in the game our running backs can't even get to the line of scrimmage because there are defenders on them almost immediately after they get the handoff. i did notice yesterday that our tailbacks weren't 7 yards back on every run play so that doesn't seem to be the problem, it just seems like our line is just getting manhandled. After the success we had at running the ball last year it seems like we should be getting better line play. I realize we don't have shonn but even the mighty shonn had to have holes to run through (most of his broken tackles occurred afther he was already through the defensive front) and i'm sure the opposition used as many 8 man fronts as they are this year. We had so many 2nd and 12 or 13s yesterday that i lost count.
